In order to receive a replacement certification card you will need the following information:

• Location of the class
• Which certification class was taken
• Date of the class

There is a $10 replacement fee.

No, the expiration date on all AHA cards is the last day of the month printed on the card. 

All of our instructors are Indiana certified or licensed healthcare providers and professional educators with direct patient care experience in the delivery of emergency medical care or acute critical care. Each has real life hands on experience in the topics they teach.
